Shipping Policy

• Shipping Area:
  We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
• Processing Time:
  Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Carriers & Shipping Rates:
  We primarily use USPS but may select other carriers that offer lower rates based on your package’s weight, size, and destination. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery Time:
  Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order is processed. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
• Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages:
  If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at
  info@annieandbpeppersauce.com and include your order number and photos (if applicable). While we are not responsible for carrier delays or external events, we’ll do our best to assist you.

Return & Refund Policy

• Returns:
  Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at
  info@annieandbpeppersauce.com before returning any items.
• Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
  If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at
  info@annieandbpeppersauce.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
• Refunds:
  Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
